The Service is provided "as is". Upstream models may be unavailable, change, or be discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may change these terms with notice. Either party may terminate with 7 days' notice; remaining prepaid credit will be refunded pro rata.
